Woman and dog seek 1 bedroom property

Very friendly and positive lady, looking for a large studio or 1 bedroom property.
My dog is 3 and is super friendly with lots of energy, but I have a good routine with her so that she exercises and sleeps well.
I live in a studio but have been given a section 21 due to unsuitable living conditions (mould etc)
Would like a place where I can have peace and quiet but I'm quite sociable as well.

Paid direct through the council each month as well as a deposit and first months rent up front.
