Double room wanted **buddy ups welcome**

I am a professionals looking for a room to rent in a clean and friendly house from. Preferably with bills all included 450 a month.

I am currently working from home so decent internet is a must.

I am a very social person that enjoys spending time with my flatmates in a pub at the end of a busy week or in a house watching movies and hanging out. But at the same time I respect others personal space and would also like others to respect my privecy. I am super active, always out and about if not at work.

I also have a lot of plants that I wish to bring with me to my new home and if you have a pet that is a plus because I love animals.
