33 Year old Professional Female

I am looking to move at the end of October

I want to move into a place with a maximum of 3 or 4 people in total. I would like a livingroom and a and if possible a garden or balcony/roof terrace. I have some of my own furniture I may or may not bring.

I am looking for somewhere that's quiet and chilled as oppose to a party house (the occasional one is fine though!).

More about me: I work in TV Freelance and have been for over 10 years, so I am rarely out of work therefore I am able to pay the rent! I have a hamster called Hela I keep in my room, however I'm not sure how much longer she'll be around for. I don't plan on getting another hamster in the future as I am planning on travelling in the next couple of years or so - depending on my circumstances.

I am looking for housemates that is sociable, but also needs alone time, male or female, straight or gay, but I would like someone who has a good understanding of English - whether it's your first language or not. I like living with other nationalities as I love travelling and learning about different foods and cultures.
