Friendly, outgoing female seeks double room

I'm Sarah Anne, and I'm looking for a spacious, furnished double room in a friendly home somewhere in Zone 1 or 2, ideally near the Piccadilly, Central or Northern line.
My budget is £1000pcm including bills, with a little wiggle room for the perfect place ✨

I’m starting a new job in January, and although I’ve studied and worked in the UK on and off for years, this will be my first time actually living in London — so I’m very excited to explore and embrace London life! 🌆

A bit about me 🙋‍♀️

- I’m 31, work in healthcare, and I’m from Ireland

- Friendly, easy-going, and always up for a chat over a cuppa, a trip to the pub, or Netflix evenings

- Weekends usually include hitting up the best brunch spots, running, coffee + pastries, catching up with friends, being outdoors, reading, cooking… basically all the classic 30-something hobbies

- I’m also an avid traveller and always planning my next adventure ✈️

- I’m clean, tidy, respectful of others’ space, and happy to do my share of household chores

- Also I work Mon–Fri and don’t WFH :)

What I’m looking for 🏡

- A home shared with 1–2 like-minded people, ideally in their late 20s to 30s

- A calm, cosy space rather than a party house (though I’m always up for a few glasses of wine or pints down the pub!) 🍷🍺

- No preference on gender — happy with female, male, or mixed households

- Unfortunately I’m allergic to most cats and dogs, so a pet-free home is needed 💔
