Hi, I’m Julian. I’m an actor and work full-time as a data analyst during the day. I value creativity, collaboration, and meaningful connection, both in my work and personal life. Outside of that, I enjoy a good book, strong coffee, and thoughtful conversations.

As a housemate, I’m respectful, quiet, and easy to live with. Cleanliness is vital to me, and I take care to keep shared spaces tidy. I’m currently based in Bounds Green and will need to give four weeks' notice before moving.

I’m looking for a calm and quiet home in Leyton/Leytonstone area. I’m after a quiet room that is not street-facing and does not get too hot or too much direct sun in the morning or afternoon.

I have my own sit and stand desk and a futon mattress with a foldable tatami mat, so I do not need a bed, though I can be flexible.

My budget is around £750. That said, please do not let the budget deter you from reaching out if you think it could be a good fit.
