Professional, quiet male looking for room

My name is Bryan, mid forties (but not in a stuffy way) with a full on beard, tattoos and a dress code from the nineties. I am quiet, always respectful, clean and tidy. To be honest, I'm a bit of an introvert, so spend a lot of time on my own, and will make an effort to avoid people. Don't take it personally, it just takes a lot of energy for me to be sociable. But I am polite, and happy to have a chat when we pass, but i'm not looking for diner or film nights. So someone who wants a flat mate they hardly know is there.

I work full time at Wylam Brewery, which is a standardish 7-3 Monday to Friday thing, and sometimes weekends. I have been in brewing since 2012 when i opened my own brewery in London, which closed in 2022. Previous to that I was a broadcast engineer for the BBC in London since leaving university.

Not part of the LGTB+ community, but lived with my best friend in Liverpool for a year, who is.

Hobbies. I obviously enjoy beer, and will often travel to visit breweries or good bars. But I drink for research and a love for the product, not to fall over and be obnoxious. I will usually have a few beers Friday and Saturday nights while watching a movie in bed. I own a 1968 VW van, which i have no plans to bring to town, but I do enjoy fixing things and an engineering challenge. I love music, and will often have my headphones on while walking and exploring. But to be honest, being a brewer is hard physical work, so most of the time I want to relax in front of the TV in my own space.

Been living in spare rooms for the last few years, as i've moved around for work. Currently living in Sheffield, while staying in a hotel during the working week while i find my feet. Previous to Sheffield i was in Edinburgh for a year and a half. References can be pulled together if required, with most people just commenting on how quiet I am.
