Our absolute needs are for a double en-suit bedroom with good internet access and a clean environment to be comfortable in.
While I have a car, I understand parking options can be limited.
We do need and want a clothes washer and tumble-dryer, dishwasher would be a nice bonus but not essential.
We have a preference towards a professional apartment that we can agree with a agency/ landlord on the rent with another couple so everything is dealt with fairly and evenly (no need for disputes)
