Room wanted for an easy going 36 year old guy

Hi, I am looking for a room to rent/to buddy up for a flat or house. I am a 36-year-old professional working full time as an engineer.

I have stayed in Cheltenham since past 4 years and will be relocating to start my new job near Hitchin. Prior to that I lived in Edinburgh for 9 years.

I am a clean and easy-going person. I do not smoke and have no pets. I love having occasional dinner and drinks with some friends and flatmates (have been known to cook good food including Indian curries and some French and Swedish dishes). In my free time, I volunteer at a workshop, play football, reading, trekking or sometimes carry on quietly with office work.

Ready to move in 1st July and looking for the long term.
I have good references from the current letting agent.
