Hi I’m Sam

I am looking for a furnished or unfurnished double room/ studio/bedsit/ flat. I need to find somewhere to live/move as soon as I possibly can as I’m being made homeless due to some unfortunate family circumstances.

Ive got an 3yr old Labrador who’s my support dog I have a letter from my doctor. She is trained very well and very lovable. She’s a great pub buddy and if you want you can walk her.. can be our house pet, but she also serves as my trusty support dog and is very friendly and likes other animals too.

I’m currently not working due to some ill health I have experienced in the last few months but hope to be back in work very soon, and can provide evidence that Ive only been out of employment since October. I hope to go back in Jan/Feb.

Preferably looking for somewhere London Zone 4/3 or surrounding area preferably near/walking distance to a tube station so when I start employment again can easily get to work without hassle and a timely manner as I work mostly in Zone 1. Would like to keep travel costs as low as possible.

I’m not a party house person but I don’t mind the odd late evening. My job roles have usually involved shift work so would have to be respectful of this night and day shifts but not too fussed.

I can bring perks such as a PS4, Alexa devices. I am a football and sport fan (mostly watching it). I currently have a deal with cheap unlimited WIFI through BT which can be transferred to any address.

Must be gay friendly, fun and like to have a laugh. I’m not too serious and pretty easy going.
I want to live in a house that we can also be social and friendly and enjoy living with other people has I have interests such as sport, history, watching how it’s made stuff on TV, of course dog walking. I’ve had bad experiences house sharing before but willing to give it another go.

I enjoy doing many things during my time off and in the evenings and sharing interests with others.
I would also like the other occupants to be to be clean and tidy, respectful and considerate, I'm a bit of a clean freak, and I apologise if I leave my socks on the bathroom floor and sorry about the dog hair.

Looking for a maximum of 850 with bills & internet - I have a deposit set up ready to go and can pay a few months in advance if needed.

Preferably with professional clean females but will live with like minded males or anyone who is fun, tidy and pretty down to earth. I have all my paperwork ready to be sent and ready to go.
