Hi I’m Sam

I am looking for a furnished or unfurnished double room/ studio/bedsit/ flat. I need to find somewhere to live.

I’ve just got a job in Hounslow as a civil servant.

I’ve got a Labrador who’s is trained and insured. She loves to sleep most of the time but enjoys fetch and long walks and garden play. I have all her paperwork. She’s a great pub buddy and if you want you can walk her.. but she also serves as my trusty support dog and is very friendly, gets on with other dogs, cats and other animals, she is also very good with children.

I’m not a party house person but I don’t mind the odd late evening.

I can bring perks such as a PS4, Alexa devices. I am a football and sport fan (mostly watching it). I currently have a deal with cheap unlimited WIFI through BT which can be transferred to any address if needed.

Must be gay friendly, fun and like to have a laugh. I’m not too serious and pretty easy going.
I want to live in a house that we can also be social and friendly and enjoy living with other people has I have interests such as sport, history, watching how it’s made stuff on TV, of course dog walking. I’ve had bad experiences house sharing before but willing to give it another go.

I enjoy doing many things during my time off and in the evenings and sharing interests with others.
I would also like the other occupants to be to be clean and tidy, respectful and considerate, I'm a bit of a clean freak.

I have a deposit set up ready to go and can pay a couple months in advance if needed and relevant paperwork. I don’t have references as I’ve always lived with family or on my own and wasn’t required.

Preferably with professional clean females but will live with like minded males or anyone who is fun, tidy and pretty down to earth. I don’t want to share with too many people.
