I’m looking for a clean, tidy, and peaceful double room to rent, as soon as possible. A calm, welcoming home shared with considerate, respectful and clean people would be perfect.
About me
I’m European, have lived in London for over 14 years, and have the right to rent and work in the UK. I’m friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with. I always tidy up after myself and like to keep shared spaces pleasant, clean for everyone.
I value kindness, respect, honesty, clear communication, and a peaceful atmosphere. While I’m currently working in retail and between longer-term jobs, I’m financially stable and always pay rent on time. I’d prefer a written agreement with rent by bank transfer.
What I’m looking for
Room: A proper double room with good storage (wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, under-bed storage). Space for a desk and bookshelf (no carpet would be a bonus)
House: Quiet, warm, dry, mould-free, and well-maintained (no staines on, wallls, on carpet and matress) . with well equipped kitchen or dining area, especially if there’s no living room.
Housemates: Clean, considerate, and easygoing people who respect shared spaces and enjoy the occasional chat. Surely non-smokers and no work-from-home in shared areas, so everyone can use them comfortably.
Landlord: A private or live-out landlord is preferred, though I’m open to a live-in landlord who values respect and clear communication.
Location
West or South West London (anywhere between White City and Heathrow would be ideal).

I really value honesty—accurate photos and descriptions help everyone avoid wasted viewings. For everyone’s safety, I’m also happy to provide ID (if really needed) and kindly ask for the same in return. My safety is no less important than yours.
