Looking for a 1 double bed or studio to rent

I am relocating to Belfast for work purposes and looking to find suitable accommodation. I am looking to rent a studio or ensuite double bed but do not exclude other areas for the right place, all inclusive of bills and council tax. I will work on a hybrid system (from home and in the office) and outside work, I usually enjoy swimming, cycling and reading indoors.
I am a highly organised, clean, and well-mannered individual. Extremely sociable and friendly. I have excellent references from former landlords for my suitability as a tenant. I do not mind sharing with either males or females of any age range or sexual orientation.
