Studio/ room to rent

my name is Francis Turkson i am a single male aged 29 currently doing security as a door supervisor work all weekend friday/ saturday sometimes sunday nights normally night 10pm till 5am some weeks i may work doubles also im looking for a double room/ studio to rent my budget is up to 800pcm.

I will be getting help from housing benefit so will be using that and some wages to cover my rent

I'm a fun, bubbly gay guy get on with everyone . I also like my own space listening to music.

I will be very respectful round the house help do chores in the house ect

I live with my best mate and her 4 kids + she is expecting her 5th so I just need to get out of where i am now as its really not ideal thus needing my own space
