Double room in house share

Hi I’m looking to move to Hereford in September. I’m 29 and I run an arts and crafts business. I’d like to live with other professionals or mature students. I'm looking for a spacious room and a reasonable size kitchen/ living room. A garden would be nice but not a priority. I'm a friendly, chilled out, and creative person. I’m good at clearing up as I go along and I would like to live with people who are reasonably tidy. I'm interested in doing things community like cooking and going out together sometimes
