I am working full-time in both healthcare and fitness. I am ideally looking for a small studio or a flat with a parking space in a strictly non-smoking, quiet, safe, and tidy home where tenants' privacy is respected (preferably have a separate door from the landlord).

I have quite a busy work schedule. I am a friendly and respectful person who values both good company and personal space. My interests include surfing, Hyrox,, human science and board games - and if needed, I can even check your blood pressure and reflexes! 😄

I’m friendly and reliable tenant. If the space is shared, then I would love to live with like-minded people who appreciate a clean, quiet and peaceful home.
