1 DBLB- flat share

Im looking for a large.1DBLB (650-800) large room or annexe with garden. Preferably ensuite with high speed wifi , Private parking space and close proximity to a train station.
I work from home Mon-Fri but occasionally drive to Norfolk for a few nights on work.
I’m hoping to move by 1st week March as I will be away on holiday for 3 weeks in Feb.
Prefer live out landlord., but might consider live in .
Preferable 1-2 professional flat mates. No couples or kids.
I am a very easy going ,clean, hygienic & very sociable .
My son will be visiting me once a month on weekends but we will be mostly out of property exploring.
