I'm looking for a room starting either mid-December or mid-January. My budget is 600 pcm, including bills. I work as a barista full-time but also illustrate freelance.

I prefer a clean and tidy space, but don't get pressed if stuff occasionally slips. My freelance work can take up a lot of time, so I'm often holed up in my room working on evenings.

I'm an avid baker (when I get the time), enjoy arty stuff and getting out into nature.
