Hi, I’m Hakim — a 31-year-old working professional looking for a double room in a clean, friendly house/flat share.

I’m available to move from 01/02/2026 and my budget is £1,100–£1,300 pcm (depending on the room and location/bills).

I work full-time in engineering (based around Clapham Junction) and I’m usually out during the week with a fairly steady routine. I’m tidy, respectful, and easy-going, and I’m the kind of housemate who’s social when it suits but also appreciates everyone having their own space.

Outside of work I’m into the gym, staying active, sports, and spending time with friends. I’m ideally looking for a home that’s calm, comfortable, and well looked after — with considerate housemates and a good vibe.
