25yo student looking for animal friendly residence

I am looking to finish my Animal Management degree at Reaseheath College (Cheshire) or Plumpton College (East Sussex) for the academic year 19/20. I am an animal lover and need a residence that will allow my hamsters and mice. They are in cages (3 overall) and are only let out under supervision, so they are not destructive.
I am a very clean and tidy housemate, I am respectful of other people?s property. I?m not a partier and prefer a night in. I occasionally like to bake and I like to spend time outdoors.
