Professional single male looking for room

**Please note - I don't want to live in a big house full of random people coming and going. I want to share somebody's home, ie with a live-in landlord/lady. One other lodgers is OK though. Alternatively I'm open to studio flats or garage/loft conversions etc.**

My name's Edd. I'm a single non-smoking triple-jabbed male aged 50. I'm an IT contractor, specialising in data analysis. I've been using SpareRoom for many years and I can provide good references from a number of former landlords. I can also show my unblemished record of positive AirBnB reviews from all over the world.

I'm an active person, often out & about, but this will be my only residence so I'm definitely looking for a 7-day let and not just Mon-Fri. That said, some weekends I'll be away with friends or visiting family.

My socialising is all outdoors so you needn't worry about noisy guests :-) I can provide my CV plus references and various forms of ID.

I sometimes work from home but I do so quietly - I don't have many Teams meetings. I'm well-read and well-educated, clean and tidy, and I lead a quiet lifestyle. I'm happy to answer absolutely any questions which you may have about me.
