Respectful professional seeks calm and cosy home

Hi, I'm Jonathan :)

My tenancy is ending due to sale of the flat by the landlord. I'm looking for a nice, quiet place to live near the sea. Preference is for a few minutes walk to the beach of Kemptown or Hove.

I’m an early 40s professional male, sociable, respectful, tidy (but not OCD). I’ll be working away from the flat most of the day, and in some evenings I have things to do that keep me busy.

If I end up sharing with a female I can provide a reference from a former female flatmate.

I am happy cooking communal meals when suits and chatting over a glass of wine, or can keep myself to myself when people want to have some space. Love being in or near the sea. Hiking. Exploring in my camper van. Getting back into surf. The theatre and live music. And generally enjoying life and connecting.

I’m mainly looking for the right person/people to live with who share a similar outlook about flatsharing…otherwise, I don’t worry about gender, sexuality, employment, looks, age, or too specific on location. As long as there is a good vibe and everyone is sane and nice and respectful.

I work in consulting and have good income so I'm reliable with rent and bills.

LANDLORDS: I'm getting lots of messages pushing ads for flats clearly not aligned to my ad/needs.
