Work Space Required.

I am looking for a room I can use mostly as an office during the day, and sleep over once or twice a week.

I currently share a flat with my partner, but as I work from home, looking for some space and separation for work .

I could rent an office of course, but as I prefer more casual environments where I can lounge about a bit, and play music, and walk the dog.... I thought this might suit someone who wanted their own space in the evenings sometimes, for example.

My typical working hours are about 11am - 7pm.
I have a small dog who is super well behaved. I could leave her crated at my main house on request, but option to have her with me about 50% of the time is desirable.
fast broadband required.
green space nearby a bonus but not essential.

Happy to spend up to 700 for the perfect space but ideally a bit less.
