I'm looking for a studio in Brighton and Hove from mid-October.
I am a full-time professional employed by the NHS while also completing a postgraduate degree at the University of Surrey. My working hours are 9-5 Monday-Friday. I'm looking for somewhere I can call home while I'm working at the Royal Sussex. I don't smoke, am tidy and considerate.
My upper budget limit is around £1300pcm including bills (preferably less). As a doctoral trainee, I'm exempt from council tax. It would be ideal if the place was already furnished but I'm happy to consider unfurnished places, too.
