Looking for a flat/room or buddy up

We are looking to share a flat with people, or a person who is/are considerate and respectful of shared space - and who want the space to feel like a cosy, comfortable, (or even fun also!) home for everybody. This is important to us to also be these things in house/flat shares. We like to keep our space clean and tidy and like to try to stay in a routine of keeping on top of our household chores and to share the household admin/chores etc as a collective, together.

Ideally, we would like to share with friendly people with some shared interests who are interested in good communication with each other.

We both really value creativity. Community is also important to us We like to have friends around sometimes for dinner or tea, and also like to respect the vibe of the house that is already established, for example if others work shifts or need quiet, we'd be happy to have a quiet house.

We like communal living ideals, such as sharing the cooking, good communication with others- though sharing cooking is not essential to us! Again, just something that we'd be open to.
