Looking for a double room close to town

Hi, I am looking for a double, or double with ensuite or a modern studio in Bournemouth has to be a quiet house and not with students sorry.

Interested in looking at places in Bournemouth ideally Westbourne or Southbourne or Christchurch.

Happy to be a lodger too.

Ideally I am looking for somewhere close to town as I dont drive.

I am very active, so looking to continue my running, I am very social so making friends again. I've recently joined a local rugby club too. I love cooking and keeping fit.

Also I am a very clean, tidy & house proud person so there will be no issue with mess!
