Good Flatmate For A Good Home!

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a room in a shared flat/house in a not-too-remote, quietish area of Aberdeen/shire – would consider being out of town provided there is reliable public transport.

I'm 49, friendly, easy-going and responsible. Not a party animal, but certainly not averse to socialising; have many interests and a busy life which means I’m not nocturnal, appreciate relaxed and quiet living space and respect other people's space, too. I’m clean and tidy without OCD, and have a good sense of humour. Work full time and work from home 3 out of 5 weekdays.

I’m ideally looking to share with 1 other person of similar lifestyle who appreciates a good flat/housemate – this has worked best for me in the past. Will consider other options if there are clear benefits (i. e. lower rent or similar).
