Student/ part time job

I?m looking for a double bedroom to rent (en-suite if possible but dont really mind) Ideally close to the city centre. I will be looking for ?400-?575max pcm including bills. I also interest in buddying up with someone. If you think we can get along just contact me.

A bit about myself.... Im easy going and sociable. Im outgoing and like exploring restaurants and bars. I?m currently working in a restaurant as manager in Newcastle and wanting to move back to Edinburgh as soon as possible. Im clean and tidy and treat the flat like my own home. I take my own responsibilities and respect other's space and privacy.
