Seeking my own SA double or Ensuite room

I'm Grace! 34, British, well travelled... I've been living in SAs in Brom since June last year. There are no problems with me, I'm sober, clean, non-drinker or drug-taker; and I love to move about, to explore new places. :)

Actually, I've explored 8 different areas of Birmingham! And that's why I find myself needing to move again. *This time WILL be my last.* How do I know? Because I now know where I'd like to live.

Currently in Handsworth, but this is not my residing place. I need to find an SA room- double or ensuite, in:

* Sparkbrook
* Edgbaston
* Harborne
* Small Heath
* City Centre plus a 2 mile max WALKING radius

Again, I've lived in about 10 different SA properties due to not knowing Birmingham at all. This month June brings me to one year in Birmingham (I went to uni in Leicester, grew up in London and Lincolnshire).

I'm on Universal Credit and receive Housing Benefits. No issues! I just need a safe place IN MY CHOSEN AREA. Garden ideal, big double or ensuite a must.
