I'M A UNIQUE CASE WHEN IT COMES TO HB AND RENT HELP

I've lived in Refuges, experienced domestic abuse, which means: I'm entitled to full rent help from the Government. I do need help, however Trust. Respect. I am currently on the Housing Register, also entitled to a one bed flat, despite being under 35.

(Rent help is claimed through my UC/ Unviersal Credit application.)

I'm Grace G, 33, clean, sober, and a professional writer. I'M CURRENTLY LIVING IN SUPPORTED ACCOMMODATION, I've also LIVED IN REFUGES (following domestic abuse). I have no savings and no money for a deposit.

I am entitled to HB and can apply within a day of a provisional tenancy being sent. I am a great tenant! I worked hard during Covid to fund my travels, living in South America in 2022 and then India and Nepal in 2024. I get UC and the 'housing element' (rent) through UC.

Cultured, intellectual, empathic, domestic, and dependable, I am currently in a place that is NOT my forever home (hence some distorted energies). I do not do drugs, but every day is survival and insecurity. Depression and PTSD is part of my reality, while in homeless shelters.

Please, do not be off put by my current living situation or lack of savings.

If you can help. I wish for:-
- a no deposit option
- a double Ensuite or self-contained studio
- TIME, so no 'first month's rent upfront'

(If you don't know Supported Accommodation landlords in Birmingham have been making 1.6K+ PER MONTH OFF OF ME! For over 6 months.)
