ROOM needed part-time on an ad hoc basis

Hello. I am tidy, respectful, friendly and work in the Arts so am very creative. I'd ideally like a room with an ensuite or a bathroom very near to the bedroom. I usually only need 2/3 nights a week or even a few nights every two weeks and can be flexible on the days/dates. I would consider renting a room for a few nights each week on a more regular basis from January 2026, if that is preferred.

I am highly independent and like my own space but am also sociable and easy to get along with so always open to having a drink/meal with flatmates or go out occasionally, should we get along. I am adventurous and like to explore so would be out mostly but when home, I appreciate a quiet environment so I can read and write. I enjoy watching a good movie at home or at the cinema, visiting the theatre, art galleries and museums, as well as catching up with friends. I also love music, especially jazz and love to dance, swim and practice yoga. After being 'out n about', I like to come home to a relaxed, quiet household and retreat from the 'buzz' of the city to recharge and refresh.

My rental budget is variable depending on the room/set up and the availability/arrangement but it might be easier if bills are included. I am respectful of other people's homes and space and am reliable, responsible and trustworthy. I can provide excellent references, if required.
