Description
Hi there, I'm moving out of the home I've always lived in, and am looking for a place to rent from early to mid March - I hope you can help me out!
A bit about me: I work full time for an LGBT charity which I love, and in my spare time I'm the editor of a website, so usually I can be found chilling with my laptop in the evenings and writing. I also enjoy the gym, musicals, activism, Netflix, pubs and awesome food. I consider myself to be quiet and relaxed, but I like meeting and hanging out with new people. I like to keep a tidy space and can do the washing up at lightning speed!
I'm not too fussed about the area, but I am looking for somewhere with OK transport links to Waterloo, within a half hour's commute. After living most of my life in Zone 5 (ergh), I'm after Zones 1-3, which will be such a relief!
As my description says, I come with (bonus?) an adorable cat - she's an older, placid girl, very quiet, well behaved with other cats and humans, and enjoys curling up on my bed the most. The place will need to be pet friendly, but she'll mostly just like to mooch about/lie on my face when I'm trying to sleep.
I don't mind if you use the flat as a crash pad or if you're making the place your home, or if it's a mix of both - I'm up for anything!
My budget is ~?700-?800 ideally, but can go to ?850 with all bills included.
I don't have references, but happy to pay extra for some if needed. No debt history (never been to uni, worked since late teens).
Looking to firm up somewhere nice soon, so please get in touch!
