Mature student seeks place to live

I am looking for a self-contained large studio or 1 bed flat to rent (max £800 PCM), incl. kitchen and shower/ bathroom, ideally within walking distance to the station. Ground floor or first floor would be great and should have central heating.
I am disabled and therefore unable to continue in my profession as a nurse. I am going to study full-time from autumn to retrain.
I receive Universal Credit including disability benefits, the housing benefit is going straight to the landlord and will cover the rent. I am looking to move as soon as possible.
