Description
Hi there
I’m looking for a lovely shared home – somewhere that feels friendly, relaxed, and a little bit inspiring. I’m tidy and love when a house feels lived-in and welcoming rather than just a place to sleep.
I am interested in buddying up with one other person to find a two- or three-bedroom place together.
Or maybe you already have a two-bed and are looking for a housemate.
I’ve lived both solo and in shared homes, but I always come back to how much I enjoy living with others – sharing a story at the end of the day or/and the odd glass of wine, etc. All my past housemates are still some of my closest friends! That said, I’m very independent and have an active life in London, so I equally value personal space and balance.
I think good communication is key, so if we’re thinking of buddying up, I’d suggest a quick phone call first and then meeting in person. That way, we can get a feel for each other and see if our values around home life align.
Outside of work, I’m usually swimming (a few times a week), doing yoga or pilates, or planning my next trip. This year I hiked the Tour du Mont Blanc, and I’m happiest outdoors – by the sea, up a mountain, or exploring somewhere new.
Work-wise, I’m a Communications Consultant helping purpose-driven organisations tell their stories better. I mostly work from a co-working space near Highbury or from client offices, and I keep regular hours.
I’ve consciously simplified what I own, so I’m looking for a semi-furnished place that feels like a home, but for the right place, open to non-furnished also.
