Room or Annexe/flat wanted.

Double: single room or flat required - I have well behaved two young cats, I have excellent reference if needed - own bathroom/en-suite, will share if small household.
I am a full time working professional - I drive so outskirts of Berkshire, Hampshire or Surrey, happy to drive around 30minutes.
I am happy/hardworking and friendly and I am happy to cook and clean, just looking for a happy Home, my cats are friendly and trained, I’m happy to help out clean and looking for a friendly home for a friendly lady, I’m not a party animal and much prefer a good Netflix night, I work from home a few days a week but I’m happy to do this in my room.
