I'm looking for an annex (with own entrance), studio flat, flat, or house. I would prefer that it is largely unfurnished as I can provide my own furniture. Somewhere that affords some storage space would be useful too.

I regularly practice Tai Chi, yoga, and meditation so direct access to some personal outdoor space (whether courtyard or garden) is important to me.

I enjoy other peoples company but, similarly, my own. I am neat, tidy, reliable, and easy to get on with.

I am NOT interested in renting a room in house where other people live or in properties that have multiple rooms let as part of a business.
