PhD student looking for new home in Bristol

I'm Grigoris (he/him). I'm from Greece but have lived in the UK for most of my adult life (5 years Scotland, 6 years England) and I am now moving to Bristol to start a PhD in Psychology.

Looking to ideally move late-August, but definitely by September 7th. PhD is funded, so should be able to prove regular income for agents/owners (from Sep onwards). My budget is £850 plus bills.

I'm very relaxed and looking for a house share with chill and like-minded people and a quiet, homely vibe. I enjoy getting drinks and coffee, fitness and creative activities, cinema and gigs, and jumping on every possibility to go out in nature. If you thrive in a share where you can be alone when you want your downtime and social when you want to be around people, we're a match. I'm past my regular-party days, so I'm keen to live with people who don't often have loud, late nights. Tidiness and cleanliness are very important to me, especially in communal areas, so if you're more relaxed about that we're probably not a match. Also, I'm gay, so you know don't be weird or uncool about that.

Ideally looking for a double room in a place with loads of natural light. Open to furnished/unfurnished, but a nice communal area is a priority. I'm keen to be near roads with independent shops, a neighbourhood community vibe, and with easy access to the Uni of Bristol area (~45min walk/~30min commute).
