Greetings Everyone!
I am looking for a 1 bed /studio flat to stay that is closer to work as I will be cycling to work most of the time. I am looking around South East London and/or East London; prefered to be a bicycle friendly transport

I am available to move from December/ January onwards but I am willing to hold reservations.
About me, I am fun and outgoing person. I am clean and I like to cook but not constantly-only when I have time. I also have a bike that I need to park in a storage or any safe area in the house.
I am am a Reservation Agent in a High End restaurant and I do work on weekends. I would prefer to rent a spacious studio flat as my rota changes and will need have time to move around in the house at any time of the day and night.
I am not a party person; I like long walks and watching films with friends.
I need to move before 5th January but can be negotiated based on landlord. No admin fee or agency fee preffered. £800 to £850 per month incl. Bills.
