Friendly, Reliable Tenant Moving for New Role

My name is Ethan and I am currently based in Cambridge, working in a corporate role with a large company. I am now three months into the role and successfully passing my probation, so I am looking to secure a longer term place to settle into properly.

I am seeking long term accommodation, ideally a studio, large room, or self contained annex, with bills included. Space matters to me as I am tall, so somewhere comfortable and well proportioned is important. I am open to both private accommodation and the right house share, as long as the environment is calm, respectful, and well looked after.

Before moving into a corporate role, I worked in cleaning, car valeting, and gardening. As a result, keeping a home clean, tidy, and well maintained is second nature to me. I take real pride in where I live and treat it as if it were my own. In my current newly refurbished home, the carpets still look brand new.

I am easy going, considerate, and value a peaceful, positive living environment. I enjoy my own space and downtime but I am also friendly and sociable, happy to share a chat or a meal now and then. I am a good cook and enjoy making healthy, hearty food.

Outside of work, I enjoy tech projects, working out, getting outdoors, and staying active. I am also a car enthusiast and occasionally offer car detailing, provided there is access to outdoor water and electricity.

I am mildly allergic to cats, but dogs are absolutely fine and I would happily live in a dog friendly home.
