Reliable Tenant, Gardener & Property Custodian

Hello! My name is Ethan, and I’m looking for a new place to call home as I relocate for new work opportunities.

What am I looking for?

I’m seeking long-term accommodation, ideally somewhere spacious yet affordable (I’m tall, so space makes a difference!). I’m open to both private places and house shares if it’s the right fit.

I’m easy-going, sociable, and enjoy both quiet nights in and getting out for adventures. I’d also be glad to share hobbies and activities with housemates if that’s your vibe.

A bit about me:

I work professionally as a high-end gardener and also offer professional car, home, and garden cleaning. This means I not only pay attention to detail but also take real pride in the spaces I live in. In fact, in my current accommodation (newly refurbished five years ago), the carpets still look brand new, and I’ve never missed a rent payment. You can count on me to be a reliable tenant or even a custodian who really looks after the property.

I’m honest, respectful, and value a calm, positive living environment. I have a medical condition that I manage well with legally prescribed vaped cannabis (used outdoors only), so I’d need a space where that’s understood.

In my free time I enjoy tech projects, working out, cooking healthy meals, and keeping active. I’m also a car enthusiast and would be happy to detail others' cars if there’s outdoor water/electricity available.

I’m mildly allergic to cats, but dogs are no problem- I love them and hope to live somewhere dog-friendly in the future.
