Hi, my name is Ethan, and I'm looking for a long-term place to call home.

I work in a field-based corporate role around Cambridgeshire for a large company and have now been with them for nearly a year. The role is going really well, and I'm now looking to settle into my own self-contained accommodation where I can put down some roots.

Ideally, I'm looking for a studio, self-contained annexe, or similar accommodation with bills included. I value having my own space and, importantly, I'm not looking for a room in a shared house. I'm looking for somewhere self-contained where I can have my own space and enjoy a quiet, settled lifestyle. That said, I'm open to living on a property with a landlord or another occupant if it's the right fit and I get on well with them.

I'm a respectful, reliable tenant who takes great pride in where I live. My background includes professional cleaning, car detailing, gardening, and property maintenance, so looking after a home comes naturally to me. I keep my living space clean, tidy, and well cared for, and always treat a property as if it were my own. A point worth noting I don't wear shoes inside the house, so I make a point of keeping floors clean and well maintained.

I'm easy going, considerate, and enjoy a peaceful lifestyle. Outside of work, I keep active through the gym and enjoy technology projects, photography, cooking, and spending time outdoors. I occasionally carry out car detailing as a hobby, where suitable outdoor space is available.

I'm mildly allergic to cats, so unfortunately a home with cats wouldn't be suitable for me, although I'm more than happy to live in a dog-friendly home.
