Friendly, Reliable Tenant Moving for New Role

Hello!

My name is Ethan, and I’m currently relocating for a new corporate role with a large company- Based in Cambridge. I’m looking for a comfortable new place to call home as I settle into this next chapter.

What am I looking for?

I’m seeking long term accommodation- somewhere spacious yet affordable (I’m tall, so space really makes a difference!). I’m open to both private places and house shares if it’s the right fit and the environment feels relaxed and respectful.

A bit about me:

Before moving into a corporate career, I worked in cleaning, valeting, and gardening- so keeping my surroundings clean, tidy, and presentable is second nature to me. I take real pride in the places I live and treat them as my own. In fact, in my current home (newly refurbished property), the carpets still look brand new. You can count on me to be a reliable and considerate tenant.

I’m easy-going, sociable, and value a calm, positive living environment. I enjoy my own space and downtime but also get along well with others and am happy to share a meal or a chat now and then. I’m also a good cook who enjoys making healthy, hearty meals.

Outside of work, I like tech projects, working out, getting outdoors, and keeping active. I’m also a car enthusiast and occasionally offer car detailing services if outdoor water and electricity are available.

I’m mildly allergic to cats, but dogs are no problem- I really like them and hope to live somewhere dog friendly in the future.
