Room wanted in City / Roath / Pen y Lan

Hi,

I am a mature student relocating to Cardiff from London again this year for my second year studying psychology. I am looking for a studio in the central city area/Roath/Pen y Lan.

I would also consider buddying up with the RIGHT person. My housemate would need to be considerate of noise, cleanliness and share responsibility of buying household items such as loo roll, cleaning products etc. Overnight guests are fine as long as it is not a regular thing. I would obviously do the same in return. I lived with my previous landlords and they can attest to this. I am very aware of my housemate's personal space, but also equally happy to socialise.

I enjoy going to crossfit, socialising, studying and trying out new restaurants.
