Professional looking for 1 bed flat

Hi!

My name is Marius and I am a professional working in finance interested in renting a one bedroom flat. I am currently living in Edinburgh and transferring with work to London. My move in date is flexible, aiming for September - October.

A bit about me, I am a clean and tidy person who has lived in Edinburgh and London for the last 13 years, keeping his places in good condition. For the last 5 years I have been living in the same place in Edinburgh, renting a flat by myself without any issues.


In terms of budget, I am relatively flexible, but I do not expect to pay more than 2000 pounds for the flat; preferably something around 1800. I am looking for a flat with a double bed and a dishwasher besides the common amenities.
