Dear Landlord/Landlady.
I am looking for a large spacious room en- suite or self-contained studio alternatively one bedroom flat but with all the bills included. The best would be to have own bathroom and kitchen as I am experienced from the previous shared accommodations that there is a problem of waiting so long to get access to the bathroom or a kitchen.
I work nights only and since 2008 I work in Tesco supermarket located in Baldock. I am a single professional, but I have children who will came to see me and stay with me every week if I have a suitable accommodation. I know it can be disturbing to other tenants. My children are teenagers, and they are quiet. But I need to reconsider this issue and find a suitable place to live. I cannot afford to pay rent plus extra bills the fact that my salary is not so high. I would be grateful for your offers. Best regards
