Dear Landlord/Landlady.
I am looking for a real spacious double room where there is enough space to bring my own stuff and with the possibility to lock the room. But the room must be furnished with a bed and a new mattress, one large wardrobe and cabinet at least. I work night shifts only, so I will appreciate a tolerant housemates because I sleep during the day. One more thing I don't want live in property together with a landlord/landlady. From time to time my children come to see me and stay with me during their half term. Thank you
