House/flatshare with garden access

Hi there,
My name is Stefan and I’m looking for an unfurnished place to call home for me and my chonky well behaved tortie cat.
I work full time as a freelance motion graphics designer/film-maker.

I’m pretty easy going, very tidy and I keep a neat house.
I like to keep active, enjoy cooking & baking fresh bread. I'm passionate about landscape photography and drawing. Pretty good at fixing things, so not afraid of tackling the odd DIY job around the house if needed!
I've lived in large house shares as well as just sharing with one other person. I’m polite, keep things tidy and respect others.

A long-term place would be ideal. Happy to provide references from previous landlords.

I don't smoke. Neither does the cat.
Looking for some nice people to live with.
