I’m looking for a house share (flexible on location!) with a budget of £1200 excl bills to move in August/September. I’m keen to sign a tenancy for a year minimum (but open to different tenancy lengths for the right place/group).
A bit about me: I’m a 28 year old working in finance, usually in the office 3 days per week. I’m an active person who loves classes/running/cycling but I’m partial to a going out for some dinner and drinks (and a boogie 💃) at the weekend. I’m looking for a sociable and friendly house share who are up for activities but I also have a solid group of friends so I won’t be reliant to hang out all the time, and looking for a group who are on a similar wavelength. I’m respectful of peoples boundaries and keen to have a tidy and clean shared space.
