I am 55 years of age and currently wanting a double room can pay up to £450 pcm to includes all bills. Ideally ensuite but this isn't a must depending on the number of other people at the property. A verbal or written reference can be arranged from my current landlore if one is needed. I'm having to move by the end of March 2026. As my landlord has decided he no longer wants to rent out his spare rooms anymore. I have been a tenant with my current landlord for over 4 years.
