I am 50 years of age and currently wanting a double room can pay up to £400 pcm to includes all bills. Ideally ensuite but this isn't a must depending on the number of other people at the property. A verbal or written reference can be arranged from my current landlady if one is needed. I'm having to move as she has moved back into the property.
