Spacious and peaceful room in sociable houseshare

I am looking for a peaceful sunny room in a relaxed, sociable houseshare. If it comes with a resident cat or two, I would be super happy too.

I value cleanliness highly, it would be great to share with housemates who also feel like so.

I am a non smoker so if any housemate smokes please flag.

I like to draw, do calligraphy, songwriting, write short stories, doing some outdoor activities, walk in the woods or take a nap.
