Clean, considerate, post grad student

Hi,

Looking for either a place of my own or a nice houseshare in Edinburgh.

I am starting a masters in occupational therapy at the end of Jan at Napier Sighthill campus. I would like to move to Edinburgh from Cornwall some time around end of October, November or December latest.

I'm outdoorsy, more interested in being near the beach and walks than a shopping mall (though that can also be handy). Veggie. Like a nice clean and comfy home to come back to.

Don't mind a bit of a commute, as long as the new place has some outside space. I have Nancy my cat, a Cornish rex, she's vocal and needy for love, well trained, more like a quirky dog than a cat. She will tolerate dogs eventually.

I'll be looking to get involved with community food growing projects and would love to find an area where the community vibe is strong.

My budget for sharing is £700, more for my own place.
