Wanted - spacious double room in long term let.

Hi, I am looking for a spacious double room in a relaxed, friendly house/home or studio in Hove or surrounding areas. Which is available from 1st May there is some flexibility here.
I enjoy the social aspect of a flat share but appreciate my space and respect other’s.
The party flat days have well truly passed, but that is not to say I’m not up for a night out or entertaining in.
More than happy with pets.
A major requirement is parking.
A bit about myself, I’m from NZ, but have been living in London for the past 20+yrs.
Life in London has run its course and looking for a more chilled pace of life.
Work life consists of running my garden design and construction business which tends to occupy a lot of my time. Outside of this, the arts, music (gigs), socialising and exploring in the outdoors is where I’m at. Looking forward to living by the sea again!
