Single or Double room needed from Jan 14th 2023

Ideally I'm looking for the following;
1.) A one bed flat or spacious studio
2.)Quiet environment
5.)Want to live with someone working 9-5 mon to fri (ideally they have professional job)

A bit about me: I'm an investment professional working in the city. I'm quite an ambitious and driven person so working hard during the week is important to me so I won't be having late nights Sun-Thur. Not a big drinker so will be considerate of others and won't be noisy at night time.
I am into fitness so would often go for a run, play football or go to the gym.
I like to socialise and enjoy going out for a meal etc. Also would enjoy gigs, theatre or cinema.
Girlfriend is Alex ,works in NHS and has similar hobbies and is not the lady in picture.
