Room wanted!

Hi, I'm Martha.

Had a slight change of plan as I am having to stay longer in Swansea than expected.

I am in search of a room in a nice, clean house. Don't have to be intense about it, but a mutual understanding of communal areas being to a hygienic standard is nice.

Work full time. I enjoy a good run, occasional gym sesh and nature. I am easy going and a reasonable person. I will air an opinion if I feel it's important and think clear communication is a fundamental for a healthy house.

Good conversation and a hang out from time to time is something I'm keen to join in on, however I do value my personal space. If we vibe, great! If we don't, I'm content.

I wouldn't mind a garden, or some what. Although, it isn't essential.
