Looking for a housemate, I have a cat!

I'm looking to rent a house/flat.
Ideally 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and garden (if it is small is fine, I just like to eat outside in spring/summer) or 1 bedroom, living, kitchen and garden.

I'm a quite person, clean and tidy. I spend every weekdays at work until 5pm. On the weekend I like to go out, so, not so much at home!

I spend most of my evenings on the internet to play videogames or watching Netflix so, I only need a fast internet connection :-)

I have a black cat, his name is Luci, very shy at the beginning, not very playful, it doesn't bother stuff on the furniture, he doesn't like to play with Christmas trees, he doesn't like sofas, he has his own personality. He likes to go out almost all day, that's why I really would like to have a garden.

I work in Fountainbridge, I hope to find a house that is easily connected to the Haymarket train station, it doesn't matter where exactly.
