Double en suite room in small shared house

I'm a forensic scientist working 3 days a week 8-6pm. I’m also a part time masters student who will be largely studying from home (commute to Bradford 1 day a week). Therefore I am looking for a place to live which is close to the local train station (10/15 min walk). I love to cook so a spacious shared kitchen with plenty of storage would be great. Would prefer a place with lots of natural light as I have houseplants. I also wouldn’t mind an unfurnished room as long as it is quite large as I have a lot of stuff that’s going in storage for a year while my partner is moving away for work. Anything I can bring with me and fit in the room would be saved from a sad life in storage! I’m quite a laidback housemate, with the occasional late night (but with no unexpected guests), though it is an absolute MUST that my partner will be able to come every other month to stay the weekend. I’m a tidy and respectful housemate and can provide references from previous landlords ☺️ Looking to move in late feb but will move earlier for the right place!
