Im looking for A good SIDE DOUBLE BEDROOM 400-600 PER MONTH OR can be up to 700-750? if the location, condition, studio, apartment or flat is great or Buddy up.
GOOD SIDE ROOM IS A MUST, no box room or room u can hear every single noise next door.
Im TIDY, easy going, friendly and reasonable person. especially if we have a share kitchen I always clean right after cooking. I RESPECT others PRIVACY and EXPECT THE SAME from others.
Im abit of a party spirit but I don't bring party to the house unless others cool with it. I wouldnt mind music, social time and that at weekend but we should all be reasonable.
